Our approach to wine making

Organic vineyards

Nature gives us the perfect product in the form of grapes, and we want to repay it. With an ecological approach to the vineyard, we create wine without residues of chemicals. We do not burden the environment and build the natural immunity of our vineyards. We invest in quality, not only of the environment, but also the product we offer to our customers.

Technologies

The latest technologies help us not only in the proper care of the vineyard but also in the quality processing of wine. In our winery we rely on traditional methods of wine production, but we make them in a modern way. I the production of red wine, we use Sequin Moreau barrels.

Soil

The initial idea before our winery was established, was to have own vineyards and thus have the quality of the final product under complete control. Thereby, with the help of French enologists, based on soil analysis, we picked suitable grape varieties for growing in our area.

Hand picking

Quality wine production begins with manual harvest. This method of harvesting does not mechanically damage the grape and does not oxidize them. The harvest in our vinery is not only a time when the vineyard repays us for year-round care, but also a celebration of new beginnings.
