In 2011, when our two families, Demeš and Strieška started with the project, we planted our own vineyards. We developed a strong connection with the land, environment and life that is part of it. Our focus is on keeping the variety character of each wine but also making it exceptional and unique.
The uniqueness of each vintage is delivered through the professional approach and the use of newest technologies at our site.
Our story
Tajna Vineyards & Winery is located in a small village of Tajna, in Nitra wine region of Slovakia. The winery is hidden in the middle of its own 25 hectares of vineyards. The desire to follow family’s dreams and love for nature fueled first sparks for the creation of our boutique winery.
Family’s close ties with the region and love for uniqueness created an extraordinary project. Every bottle of our wine mirrors nature’s harmony, organic approach and conscientious work that we put in.

Through the work of our team, we ensure that our wines are well taken care of. From a healthy vineyard to a quality bottle of wine. We are happy to offer you the product that comes from the work that we do with our hearts. And even though we are all different, we form a team of people who are united by one passion and that is wine.
